We’re innovators of closed-cell and cross-linked polyethylene foam solutions. Fueled by our ideas and client needs, Macho is able to transform these foams into high-quality products that meet our customers’ unique demands – whether it’s protective gear for martial artists, trauma gear for law enforcement, or cushions for your spa.

Is it conceited to call ourselves innovators? Well, there doesn’t seem to be many ahead of us in technology and product offerings but quite a few behind us. Including competitors who try to copy our products and ask about our research.

We call ourselves innovators because our quest for better products never ends. We’re constantly evolving our products by listening to feedback from the people who use them. We continually test out new materials and designs. It’s the way we’ve done business since we first started making headgear for the martial arts industry over 20 years ago. This passion to be fiercely innovative has made us a leader in the martial arts and law enforcement training gear markets and the only company in the United States with a next-generation concept in injection molding.

We’re only getting started. Expect us to continue to push for new product development and new standards in product testing and safety. And expect to be amazed.

Macho Martial Arts. The largest manufacturer of martial arts sparring gear in the United States. Our mission is simple: to support and protect martial artists. All Macho sparring gear is manufactured with the highest quality material and tested for safety and performance. Our merchandise offering is limited to the highest quality designs, materials and workmanship you can find in the industry. From uniforms, belts and sparring gear to targets and shields. Our dedication to the martial arts goes beyond manufacturing and distributing products; we push the industry to set high standards for product quality and user safety.

RedMan Training Gear. The most recognized brand in law enforcement training gear. We are dedicated to providing LE Trainers with the tools they need to effectively prepare officers for the street. From our traditional defensive tactics and self-defense gear to the introduction of our new Weapon Defense Suit (WDS) - that allows simulated firearms training with RedMan-approved training projectiles - our training gear gives defensive tactics instructors the ability to create reality-based scenario options, covering all use-of-force levels with state-of-the-art protective gear.

RedManTraining Gear recently expanded its product offerings to include duty gear. Building on the reputation and name law enforcement trusts, we have introduced a new product line under the name First Line Response Systems -- duty gear that adds a new dimension to how we service the industry - by taking quality blunt trauma protection to the street.

MDI Injection Molding. When we decided to move into a new area with OEM injection-molded foam manufacturing - we embarked on a journey that has given us new skills and a new area of expertise. We are the only manufacturer in theUnited Statesthat can deliver injection-molded cross-linked Polyethylene/EVA finished products. The combination of the foam compound with the injection-molding process creates a finished product with so many unique features and benefits - you'll be amazed by the possibilities. With our "pellet-to-product" approach, the only limit is your imagination.
